The writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act as the petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the said Act.

The issue of limitation is not decided. The Tribunal will decide the matter in accordance with law including the point of limitation.
