1. Learned counsel for the claimant rightly contends that in paragraph no.3 of the judgment dated May 08, 2025, it was recorded that the 2013 Act came into force from April 1, 2024, whereas the same should have been April 01, 2014.

2. Let such correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the said judgment.

3. Learned counsel further submits that Mr. Saptangsu Basu, Senior Advocate had not appeared in the matter but his name had erroneously been incorporated in the cause title of the judgment.

4. Let it be deemed that Mr. Basu did not appear on the said date.

5. This order shall be deemed to be a part of the judgment dated May 08, 2025.
