Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the opposite party are present.

Both the parties are decided as married couple and they have settled their disputes amicably with regard to the payment of maintenance and to that effect, learned advocate for the petitioner filed an affidavit to this court, and learned advocate for the opposite party submits to have received that copy of the same, let the said affidavit be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
