The petitioner alleges that he has been made a victim of circumstances as a cheque was encashed which belongs to the customer of the HDFC bank.

Subsequently, it was reported but the bank authorities terminated his service.

The petitioner, thereafter, made representation to several authorities in respect of the manner in which he has been victimized.

Having considered the nature of

the accusations and the time period which has elapsed, I grant liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint under Section 223 of the BNSS before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The learned Magistrate would adhere to the provisions of law and, thereafter, decide whether any cognizable offence is made out.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22669 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Since affidavits have not been invited, the other allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
