None appears for the parties since 12.07.2023. Perused the report submitted by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta dated 16.10.2023 through the Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta be kept on record. The instant revisional application has been filed against an order passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta on 31.10.2009 in complaint Case No. C/2670/2000 holding inter alia that the Court has no jurisdiction to try the case.

On perusal of the contentions of the revisional application as well as the impugned order, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same in absence of any illegality and impropriety in the impugned order.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for information.
