The initial grievance of the petitioner was that the police authority refused to register a specific case on the complaint lodged by him against the private respondents. It appears from the report that a specific case has been lodged, investigation held and completed and charge sheet submitted. Trial has also commenced.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the said charge sheet, the petitioner is being threatened by the private respondents which was informed to the police but no step was taken. The petitioner is at liberty to lodge a complaint before the police authority in this regard. The police authority shall take necessary steps for registration of the same and also take consequential steps in accordance with law.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
