Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary in connection with Liluah PS Case No. 297 of dated 04.09.2022 under Section 384/376/511/120B of the Indian Penal Code. The report filed by the SI of Police, Liluah PS, HPC dated 10.08.2023 be kept on record.

Perused the contention of the petition, annexed documents and the case diary. The chargesheet has been submitted on 19.11.2011. There are prima facie materials on record to proceed with the trial and the court is not inclined to quash the proceeding pending before the trial court.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed.
