1. In view of a clear direction in our order dated 19th June, 2023 read with the order dated 5th July, 2023, the arrear amount as claimed to have not been paid, shall be executable and hence, the contempt application is not entertained.

2. Mr. Ishaan Saha, learned Counsel has prayed for a direction upon the learned Trial Court to expedite the hearing of the execution proceeding.

3. In the event the arrear payment has not been made, we request the learned Trial Court to dispose of the execution petition in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt application is disposed of.
