The writ petitioner complains of alleged inaction by the O. C., Bardhaman Sadar Police Station in respect of complaint dated 14th September, 2022. The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the third parties are illegally filling up water bodies on the property of the deity and are effecting constructions.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner may approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. and seek remedies in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
