1. It is submitted by the Counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order dated 22nd January, 2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the respondents have complied with the order and the petitioner has joined in the new transferred post.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

3. Hence, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further orders.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
