Petitioners have prayed for waiver of the condition of not to leave the jurisdiction of Calcutta.

I find that the order was passed on April 29, 2025 and for almost more than six months they have been complying with the same.

State has submitted a report. I find that the State intends to examine 64 witnesses out of which one witness has been examined.

Having considered the same, I direct that the condition so imposed while granting bail to the petitioners, namely, Ajijul Sk. and Labu Sk. be modified to the extent that they be allowed to leave the jurisdiction of the learned CJM, Calcutta. It has been informed that their residence is within the jurisdiction of Bharatpur Police Station. Petitioners would meet with the Officer-in-Charge or any Police Officer delegated by the Officerin-Charge, Bharatpur Police Station once in a week till further orders of this Court. Petitioners will appear before the learned trial court on each and every date fixed for trial until further orders of this Court. The other conditions imposed while granting bail by the Hon'ble Division Bench would remain unaltered. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 in CRM(DB) 2707 of 2024 and CRAN 1 of 2025 in CRM(DB) 3168 of 2024 are allowed. So far as CRM(DB) 3710 of 2024 is concerned, it has been pointed out by the learned advocate for the State that the said accused is in custody, as such, his application may be de-tagged from the present list of application.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
