The adjournment has been sought for on the ground of Mr. Ayan Banerjee, learned advocate who is the arguing counsel for the State in the matter and he has not come to Court till now.

As a last chance the accommodation is being granted. It is made clear that, in the event, the respondents are not represented on the next day, the matter may be proceeded in their absence.

On the prayer of Mr. Biswarup Biswas, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner time to file affidavit-in-reply stands extended till today. The affidavit-in-reply affirmed on November 29, 2023 is filed in Court today and is taken on record.
