Mr. Subhrangsu Panda, learned advocate for the petitioners prays leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action on the ground that there is formal defect in the petition.

As prayed for, WPA 23017 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

This order, however, shall not prevent the petitioners from filing writ petitions on the selfsame cause of action.
