The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land and he had earlier sent a complaint on 4.09.2024 with the officer-in-charge of Indus Police Station alleging that the private respondent along with his wife came to his land and attacked him and his family members.

The petitioner has already

approached the learned Civil Court being the learned Civil Judge (Jr.

Divn.), Bishnupur, Bankura.

The learned Civil Judge in T.S.

159 of 2024 has been pleased to pass an ad interim temporary injunction from dispossessing the petitioner from the schedule referred to in the suit property.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned Civil Judge for appropriate directions under the relevant provisions of law for direction upon the police authorities for implementing its order.

In case, the learned Civil Judge passes any direction upon the police authorities, the police authorities being the officer-in-charge of Indus P.S.

would respect and would be bound to obey such order.

The report submitted by the State reflects that in order to take steps relating to the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondent, the police authorities have maintained peace and tranquility in the area. They are directed to keep a strict vigil in view of the disputes and differences between the petitioner and the private respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23538 of 2024 is disposed of.
