The writ petitioner claims certain service benefits in Group "C" post that he has held under the ICDS Project under the State of West Bengal. 2.

The petitioner superannuated in the year 2017 from Krishnagar-II ICDS Project, Nadia.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to approach the West Bengal State Administrative Tribunal for appropriate remedies and thereafter approach the High Court against any order of the Tribunal, in terms of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of L. Chandra Kumar Vs. Union of India reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261.

The writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the State Administrative Tribunal.

There will be no order as to costs.
