The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit 100/2006 which is a suit for partition now renumbered as Title Suit 531 of 2018 pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn), 2nd Court, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. It appears that the suit for partition is pending for last 19 years (nineteen years).

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 years from the date of this order.

CO 3346 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

6.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
