None appears on behalf of the petitioner today. Mr. Rakhit, learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 4 and 5 draws attention of this Court to the order dated15.12.2022. It is submitted by Mr. Rakhit that in spite of getting several opportunities, the petitioner has not chosen to appear in this matter when this matter was called for hearing.

On perusal of the previous orders, I find sufficient justification in the submission of Mr. Rakshit, learned advocate for the respondent nos. 4 and 5. Accordingly, WPA 20994 of 2019 stands hereby dismissed.

Interim order, if therebe any, stands hereby vacated. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
