Mr Sandipan Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemner, submits that pursuant to the direction made in the order dated December 18, 2020, the alleged contemner has already taken steps in the matter for compliance, and accordingly an accommodation may be granted for complete compliance thereof.

Accordingly, the contempt application shall appear under the heading "For Disposal (Contempt Application)" on July 6, 2022 when the alleged contemner shall file the necessary compliance report.
