For the Victim Girl Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 134 days and the petitioner, although is the recorded owner of the premises, but, there is an agreement to reflect that the same was allowed to be occupied and used at the behest of another person who has also been made an accused in the case.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted that there are materials appearing against the present petitioner. Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant is present.

I have perused the materials appearing in the case diary and, I am of the opinion that, at this stage, it would not be fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is Rejected.
