1. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to take action against the allegedly illegal construction.

2. In this regard, a representation had been sent by speed post on 2nd July, 2024.

3. Without going into the allegations made by the petitioner there will be a direction to the 5th respondent, namely, Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur to consider the representation after notice to the writ petitioner and the private respondents and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
