1. The affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already applied for transfer under the Utsashree Portal before it was suspended, we direct the Chairman, School Service Commission to consider the said application in accordance with law and dispose of the said application within a period of eight weeks from date.

3. The order impugned is set aside. The appeal and the connected application are, accordingly, disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
