CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 3045 of 2012 In the matter of : Meghnath Seth ....petitioner. In Re : An application under Sections 407/482 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 02.06.2012 passed in Misc. Case No. 1949 of 2012.

The prayer so advanced was in respect of transfer of the proceedings of the Misc. execution cases and one Misc. case under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure from the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur to any court within the district of Purba Medinipur. Having regard to the fact that huge quantum were lying as arrears in respect of the execution cases, I am of the view that no cogent reason has been assigned for the court to interfere in respect of the transfers as prayed for. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3045 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
