Chatterjee ... for the State Mr. Saikat Banerjee Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ... for the Howrah, DPSC The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Howrah dated 10.03.2023. On perusal of the said order, specially page 3 of page 4 (vide page 81 of the writ application), I do not find any infirmity for which this order can be challenged. In this writ application a lot of complicated facts have come to light which cannot be decided without taking evidence.

Therefore, the writ application is not entertained because of complicated question of fact which are raised after the petitioner died in 2012. The writ application has been filed in 2013, i.e., after 11 years.

However, this dismissal will not create any bar for the petitioner to take appropriate steps under law where evidence are adduced.

Therefore, this writ application is dismissed without any cost.
