The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Geography of Kalyachak A.T. Girls' High School, Block: Khejuri-I, District: Purba Medinipur.

The petitioner applied for general transfer under the 'Utsashree Portal' on medical ground but her application has been returned from the school's end with the remarks that there is no serious illness.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the impugned decision, besides, the Portal is now under suspension.

WPA 23034 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
