Petitioner contends the victim suffered injury due to accident. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer of the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Medical report shows the injuries were due to physical assault. Statements implicate the petitioner in the crime.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
