Barrackpore stated that the Inspector in charge of Ghola Police Station after completion of the investigation has submitted a final report being G. R. case No.2693 of 2012 corresponding to Ghola P. S. Case no. 221 of 2012 whereby a final report Vide FRMF No - 248 dated 30.08.2012 has been filed. Let the said report be kept with the record.

Under the facts and circumstances of the case, on completion of the investigation it culminated into an FRMF. Further steps have not been taken by the complainant. The instant revisional application accordingly is disposed of. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
