For the Petitioner Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for expeditious disposal of the DV Act case 4 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 3rd Court Sealdah, South 24 Parganas, the matter may be considered without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. The matter is pending since 2023.

Learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
