Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner and the report submitted by the State are taken on record. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are trying to encroach upon the agricultural land owned and occupied by the petitioner and cultivate the same. This Court is informed that this issue with regard to possession in respect of the property is being adjudicated by the Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal in OA no. 1418 of 2025. The dispute is civil in nature. The petitioner is at liberty to ventilate his grievance before the said Court. In the meantime, the police authority is directed to keep strict vigil in the area in order to maintain peace and tranquility therein.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
