The issue raised in this public interest petition is that the premises no.80/1, Beltala Road, Kolkata-700 026 is a thika property as per record.
Learned counsel for the State has produced the communication dated 10th November, 2022 by the Controller, Kolkata Thika Tenancy stating that in respect of the above property no return in Form-A has been filed.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
Prayer is allowed.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
