It appears on perusal of the writ petitioner that the petitioner has made a representation on 25th August, 2022, being annexure P-13 to the writ petition, before the Secretary (L&E) to the Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment/the respondent No. 3, making prayer for exempting the petitioner from operation of the EPF and MP Act, 1952 and it is the grievance of the petitioner that the same has not been considered yet and the respondent No. 3 is siting over the same.

Considering the submissions of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 23037 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and

dispose of the above mentioned representation dated 25th August, 2022 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
