Mr. Ekramul Bari Sd. Mansur Ali ...for the petitioner At the time of call Sd. Mansur Ali, learned advocate has prayed for accommodation on behalf of the petitioner.

However, on perusal of previous orders it appears that the matter was taken up for consideration on 1st May, 2023 when no one appeared for the petitioner and matter was fixed for further hearing on 8th May, 2023. On 8th May, 2023 identical prayer was made on behalf of the petitioner and the same was allowed thereby fixing the matter for hearing today, 15th May, 2023. It appears petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
