Mr. Fazlul Haque Mr. Panchanan Let ..for the petitioner It is the grievance of the petitioner that following a tender notice dated October 1, 2022, respondent no.5 was allotted a tender to act as 'Storing-cumCarrying Agent' by respondent no.3. The petitioner submits that respondent no.5 did not possess the eligibility criteria of possessing a godown with an area not less than 1500 square feet. He seeks cancellation of the tender in favour of respondent no.5.

From the tender notice, it appears that the work order was for the year 2021-2022. The writ petition has been filed in the month of September, 2023. The tender period was over even before the filing of this writ petition.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 22705 of 2023 is dismissed.
