1. Petitioner seeks waiver of the condition of the order granting bail dated November 20, 2024 requiring the petitioner to stay within the jurisdiction of the Alipore Police Station.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is unable to afford any accommodation within the Alipore Police Station. She suggests that, since the petitioner was arrested in the jurisdiction of Entally Police Station, the petitioner will reside within the jurisdiction of Entally Police Station. She also requests the Court to waive the condition requiring the petitioner to meet the Inspectorin-Charge of the concerned Police Station once in a week until further orders since the police filed charge sheet.

3. State is represented.

4. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner.

5. Police filed charge sheet.

6. Since the petitioner was arrested within the jurisdiction of Entally Police Station and the since the petitioner is finding it

difficult to reside within the jurisdiction of Alipore Police Station, it would be appropriate to modify such condition and require the petitioner to stay within the jurisdiction of Entally Police Station. Petitioner will inform the Officer-in-Charge of the Entally Police Station of his address. He will also intimate his address before the learned Trial Court.

7. Condition of the order granting bail requiring the petitioner to report before the Inspector-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station once in a week, until further orders is waived.

8. All other conditions of the order granting bail dated November 20, 2024 will remain the same.

9. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2024 in CRM (NDPS) 1490 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
