1. Appeal is at the behest of the writ petitioner and directed against an order dated August 14, 2025 passed in WPA 1587 of 2025.

2. By the impugned order, learned Single Judge noticed that there are civil disputes between the private parties and that there is a title suit pending with regard thereto being Title Suit No. 721 of 2021.

3. Noticing such fact in the impugned order, we requested the learned advocate for the appellant to place the prayer of the plaint in Title Suit No. 721 of 2021. He contends that the plaint papers are not readily available. He submits that, the subject matter of the suit is quite different from that as sought for in the writ petition.

4. Be that as it may, there are civil disputes between the private parties as evidenced by the proceedings noted in the impugned order. There is a proceeding under Section 144(2) of the criminal Procedure Code and Section 107/116(3) thereof pending in the two police cases. There is also a title suit pending between the private parties.

5. Disputes between the private parties are apparent. We need not enter into such disputes.

6. We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order.

7. MAT/1652/2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
