The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Posta Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents for not returning a loan of Rs.20 lacks.

There is no criminality whatsoever disclosed in the complaint.

The remedy of the petitioner is before an appropriate civil forum for recovery of any money from the private respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of without any order. 5.

There will be order as to costs.
