In my opinion, any order passed in this application directing the learned civil court to dispose of the applications under Section 14(2), 12(5) and 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 would, prima facie, amount to conferring jurisdiction upon the learned civil court to decide the applications which are within the purview of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Such direction is not required.

The revisional application is not entertained and the same is dismissed.

The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
