The matter has been brought to the list at the instance of the petitioner for correction of the order dated October 12, 2023 whereby the writ petition was disposed of.

In the cause-title of the writ petition, due to typographical error, the name of the petitioner has wrongly gone down as "Namita Chakraborty" instead of "Dulal Chandra Maiti". Moreover, in the third line of the third paragraph at the first page of the said order, the word "his" be replaced with the word "the" and in the fourth line of the selfsame paragraph, the words "of the employee concerned" be inserted after the word "benefit". Furthermore, the word "or" appearing in the eighth line of the second paragraph at the third page of the said order be replaced with the word "of" and the word "above" be inserted after the word "the" appearing in the first line of the third paragraph at the third page of the said order. The department is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the said order dated October 12, 2023 to the extent as indicated above. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Biswajit Basu, J.)
