case has already been registered being 23.09.2025 Court No. 35 D/L.No.113 Rakib Balurghat Police Station case no.

629/25 dated 14.09.2025 on the basis of the information furnished by the present petitioner. Subsequently, an information was furnished with the Electronics Complex Police Station, consequent to which a Zero FIR has been drawn up and the same has been sent to Balurghat Police Station, the concerned police station is in seisin of the case. Petitioner has prayed for freezing of the accounts. To that effect intimation was sent to the Bank Authorities by the defacto complainant. Having considered the preliminary prayer advanced by the petitioner and the investigation of the case is in progress and the petitioner has enclosed such a copy with the writ petition, presently I am of the opinion that the de-facto complainant would send a copy of the information sent to the Branch Manager, Bank of India, Sector-V Branch to the investigating officer of the case. The investigating officer would consider whether the same

is essential for the purposes of the investigation and take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22958 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
