Having considered that the genesis of the case incorporates Section 117(2) of the BNS along with other Sections, the police authorities, if they are informed regarding any further threats and/or the petitioner is aggrieved at the behest of the accused persons or their associates, they would take stern steps by incorporating appropriate provisions of law as also bring the same to the notice of

the learned jurisdictional court in seisin of the aforesaid criminal case.

It is further directed that, in case, the police authorities advances such prayer before the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate will not deter to take stern action against the accused persons concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23285 of 2025 is disposed of.
