Due to inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated 22nd July, 2024 which is corrected as under :- The phrase "Trial Court dated 12th August, 2022 are hereby set aside" appearing in the 2nd and 3rd lines of paragraph 12 at page 4 of the said order be substituted by the phrase "Trial Court dated 31st May 2019' are hereby set aside".

Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 22nd July, 2024 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

Certified copy of the order dated 22nd July, 2024, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.
