Petitioner contends that petitioner and the private 25.09.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.97 Rakib respondents are brothers, however, the petitioner is unable to have access in the joint ancestral property. Petitioner prays for access to the joint ancestral property and to that effect representation was furnished before the police authorities.

Having considered the nature of the dispute, I am of the view that the police authorities have hardly any scope to interfere as the same is absolutely a civil dispute. Petitioner be advised to approach the Civil Court for necessary remedies. In case directions are passed upon the police authorities by the Civil Court, police authorities would respect and obey the said order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 23280 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
