Petitioners approached this Court as the written complaints addressed on 3rd July, 2024, 3rd August, 2024 and 24th August, 2024 were not addressed by the police authorities.

Having considered that the issue which is being canvassed was within a complex where there were dispute amongst the apartment owners, I am of the view that if fresh inconveniences are faced by the petitioners, they would file a fresh representation before the local police station which would consider the same in accordance with law. The concerned police authorities will inform the outcome of their decision within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of such fresh communication from the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23512 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
