Ghosh Mr. Rudranil Ghosh ... for the petitioners This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 10th Court, Alipore, to dispose of the Title Suit No.63 of 2017 expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing the same is pending for a long time.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed this court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward the copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties forthwith.

In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, C.O. 3577 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 10th Court at Alipore to take up the hearing of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the

next date of hearing fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjourned to either of the parties.

After disposal of the injunction application and any other interlocutory application that may be pending, the learned Trial Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No.63 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, keeping in mind that the suit is pending from the year 2017.
