The writ petitioner is aggrieved that despite an order of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Paschim Medinipur in T. S. No. 438 of 2022, the private respondents are trying to dispossess them and are attempting to construct a club thereat. Kharagpur Local Police Station has filed a report and the same is taken on record. It appears that FIR No. 709 of 2022 dated 03.09.2022 has been registered against seven persons.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR be completed as expeditiously as possible.

Kharagpur Local Police shall ensure strict compliance of the order of injunction passed by the

Civil Court, referred to herein above, subject to the evidence of the same subsisting being produced before it.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
