Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the CIT(Appeals) concerned for expediting the appeal in question, which has been filed on 21st January, 2020 as appears from record being Annexure P-6 at page 51 of the writ petition and almost three years are going to be passed but till date not a single notice of hearing has been received by the petitioner as contented.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 23060 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the CIT(Appeals) concerned to expedite the appeal in question and dispose of the same preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and after observing principle of natural justice.
