For the Petitioners Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were on bail all throughout in connection with G.R. case no. 502/2019 and warrant of arrest was issued against them on 20th February, 2024 due to their absence before the learned Magistrate by filing an adjournment petition. The petitioners undertake to surrender before the learned Magistrate within 10 days from date.

If the petitioners surrender before the learned Magistrate within 10 days, the learned Magistrate shall allow them to continue on the same bond.

Warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners vide order passed on 20th February, 2024 be stayed till 21st October, 2024. In the event the petitioners fail to surrender before the learned Magistrate within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty to take necessary steps against the petitioners in accordance with law without further reference to this Court. The revisional application is disposed of.
