By presenting this writ petition a communication dated 4th April, 2023 issued by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education addressed to the Sub-Inspector of Schools, Koriali Circle, Dist- Malda is under challenge whereby Administrator was appointed in Milangarh Sajjadia High Madrasah, Dist-Malda.

The learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that during pendency of this writ petition Administrator has taken over charge and the said Administrator is still functioning.

West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education and the State respondents are represented by learned

advocates.

Since Administrator has already taken charge in the month of April, 2023 in terms of the communication dated 4th April, 2023, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law for reconstituting of the Managing Committee of the aforesaid Madrasah.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
