Mr. Soumya Nag Mr. Rajdeep Sengupta ....for the petitioner Mr. Suman De Ms. Ayana De ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery was done from an open space. There was no grievous injury caused to anyone.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the statements of witnesses including the victims and the recovery memos of the victims.

The prosecution case is that the victims were abducted by the petitioners to recover money.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victims and the recovery memos, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
