CAN of has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 170 days in filing the instant application.

Sufficient grounds are available to explain the delay in filing the application.

Delay is condoned.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 is allowed.

Re.: RVW 287 of 2024 5.

Review is sought on the order dated 22nd February, 2024 whereby the writ petition was dismissed for delay and latches.

The selection process was of the year 2014 and it was recorded that the process was finally completed in the year 2020.

It appears from the 'Annexure 3' of the writ petition, which was inadvertently not specifically placed before this Court, that the petitioner was called for interview vide letter dated 19th May, 2023 to appear on 26th May, 2023 at 10:00 AM. Hence, the claim of the writ petition could not have stood defeated on the ground of delay.

The order dated 22nd February, 2024 shall stand recalled in review.

The writ petition shall stand revived and shall be placed before the appropriate Bench for admission afresh.

Hence, the RVW 287 of 2024 is allowed.

Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, are disposed of.

All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
