Petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the police authorities as no steps were taken pursuant to the information furnished on 10.07.2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the accusations in the information furnished with the police authorities were that on 08.07.2024 at about 12.50 p.m. when the petitioner went to his son's school he was forcefully and illegally prevented, abused with filthy languages and also threatened for withdrawing the case being CPAN 46 of 2023 pending before the High Court. The said persons also threatened to kidnap his minor son at any point of time and also

threatened to kill him in case the aforesaid litigation is not withdrawn.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects police authorities in respect of the accusations made in the communication dated 10.07.2024 conducted an enquiry from disinterested persons. However they could not find any materials supporting the accusations made by the petitioner against the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submit that they are victim of circumstances and petitioner has always been trying to implicate the respondents in false and frivolous cases. Further the respondents were victim of acid attack.

Be that as it may, in view of the police authorities arriving at a different finding from the allegations made in the information dated 10.07.2024, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional court under the relevant provisions of law.

The learned Magistrate would assess regarding the correctness of the accusations by way of conducting an enquiry and thereafter ascertain whether a case is made out for proceeding in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 23554 of 2024 is disposed of.
